This notice describes cookies and browser storage used by Boats for Sale Mallorca. The current website does not use advertising cookies and does not load optional analytics cookies by default.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. Session storage normally disappears when the browser tab or session ends; local storage remains until it expires or is removed.
2. Storage currently used
The site uses two session-storage entries, bsm_advisor_v1_seen and bsm_advisor_v1_dismissed. They remember whether the boat-advisor prompt has been shown or dismissed during the current browser session. Their purpose is essential interface continuity, they contain no name or contact details, and they normally last only for the session.
Language routing is expressed in the page address. Enquiry details are not stored in the browser after a successful form submission, apart from normal browser form behaviour outside our control.
3. Embedded and linked services
Some boat pages may include privacy-enhanced YouTube or Vimeo video content. Loading or playing an embed can send technical connection data to that provider and may allow it to use its own cookies or local storage under its terms. WhatsApp, Pexels credits and other external links do not set storage through this site merely because the link is displayed, but the destination may do so after you open it.
4. Analytics and marketing
No optional analytics, behavioural advertising or cross-site marketing cookies are intentionally set by this website at the date above. If optional analytics or marketing technology is introduced, it will be documented here and, where required, kept disabled until a visitor gives valid consent. Refusing optional storage will not prevent access to boat listings or enquiry contact details.
5. Your controls
You can remove cookies, local storage and session storage through browser privacy settings. Blocking all storage may cause interface preferences to reset, such as the advisor prompt appearing again. Browser help pages explain how to inspect and delete site data. Private-browsing modes generally clear session data when the private window closes.
6. Legal basis
Strictly necessary browser storage is used to provide the interface requested by the visitor and protect a usable session. Optional non-essential storage, if added, will rely on consent where required by Spanish and EU law.
7. Updates and contact
This notice will be updated if storage technologies or embedded providers change. Questions may be sent to sales@tot-nautic.com. The data controller is identified in the Privacy Notice.
