The website’s purpose is to present boats and related brokerage or ownership-support services available in and around Mallorca.

2. Use of the website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage the website, its security, other visitors or third-party rights. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a way that impairs it, impersonate another person or submit false information.

Access may be suspended or restricted for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

3. Brokerage role

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, the operator acts as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer, surveyor, insurer, tax adviser or legal adviser for a vessel. A listing, conversation or viewing does not create a sale contract, reservation, warranty or professional advisory relationship.

Any brokerage mandate, purchase agreement, deposit arrangement, service engagement or other binding commitment will be governed by its own written terms.

4. Listings, prices and VAT

Vessel particulars are supplied in good faith from owners, manufacturers, authorised partners and available records. Photographs, dimensions, equipment, engine hours, condition, location, availability, price and VAT status may change and are not guaranteed by publication on this site.

Prices are asking prices unless stated otherwise. “From”, “price on application”, previous-price and VAT labels must be confirmed for the exact vessel and transaction. Buyers should verify title, registration, finance, tax evidence, inventory, condition and compliance through independent professional advisers and a surveyor before contracting.

5. Third-party services and links

The website may link to manufacturers, map providers, video platforms, WhatsApp, finance or insurance introducers, surveyors, marinas and other independent services. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices. A link or introduction is not a guarantee of availability, suitability or performance.

Where the operator coordinates a third-party service, the provider’s identity, scope, price and terms should be confirmed before commitment.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, text, brand elements, databases and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vessel photographs, brochures, marks and specifications may belong to owners, manufacturers or authorised partners and are used for legitimate marketing and information purposes.

You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial boat research. Reproduction, republication, resale, automated dataset creation or commercial use requires prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

7. Availability and liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and secure, but continuous availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made solely from listing content, third-party failures, interrupted access or indirect losses.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law and disputes

Spanish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Where legally permitted, disputes are subject to the courts corresponding to the operator’s registered address in the Balearic Islands.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact the operator so the issue can be reviewed. Consumers may also use any competent consumer authority or legally available alternative dispute-resolution channel.
